Not all of the services we provide require shipping and handling. However a select few of the questions below mention shipping and receiving. Those mentioned pertain only to the services that require shipping. In any event S&H is included in the presented prices on our Online Ordering System.

Q: What forms of payment does the AList Productions Shop accept?
A: You can order directly through AList Productions. We accept cash(not recommended), money orders & you can use credit cards through our PayPal system.

Q: Do you ship to locations outside the United States/Canada?
A: Currently we do not. However we will be looking into it in the near future.

Q: How long does it take to ship most merchandise?
A: More often then not you will get your order within one to three weeks of your purchase. This depends on if you order is in stock or if it has to be specially manufactured.

Q: How will I know you have my order and that it's being processed?
A: If you order online, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours letting you know that we've received your order. We will contact you as soon as we have received your order, and confirm your purchase.

Q: How do you guarantee my order has been shipped and that I will get it?
A: Once an online order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your purchase is on its way. Unless special arrangements are made on an individual customer basis, all orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service with a traceable delivery confirmation number. If, after a reasonable amount of time, you have not received your order, please contact us and we'll contact the U.S. Postal Service to determine the location of your order and when you can expect it to arrive.
