Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: No, with all of our services we require the full balance paid before your product is sent/made available to you.

Q: How long does it take to get the video/site done?
A: For smaller jobs like montages it take anywhere from one-two days. For larger projects it can take up to as long as four months, however we pride ourselves on our speed as well as our accuracy, and usually we get things done in around one to two weeks.

Q: How long does it take to get DVD done?
A: Depends how long the DVD is but usually just a few weeks to get everything done.

Q: Are the prices and packages you have listed my only option?
A: Absolutely not. Those are just a basic set of packages and options for you. You can customize any order to include more or less then those baseline packages include. Prices will obviously rise and drop based on this.
